At various work environments such as your desk, a conference room, or a construction site, the Newforma app, in conjunction with Newforma Project Center® 12, offers secure and convenient access to up-to-date project data for all internal team members. Making timely and well-informed decisions is facilitated only through access to essential information wherever and whenever needed.

The Newforma app serves as an all-in-one solution, integrating core collaboration functions and project information tools like file search, email filing, and task management. Specifically, the app empowers internal users to:

	<li>Access and upload projects securely via a Cloud Platform that interfaces directly with NPC Servers and File Servers.</li>
	<li>Efficiently search and filter through entire projects or specific folders.</li>
	<li>File project-related emails swiftly with a simple swipe and tap.</li>
	<li>Create and oversee project Action Items while on the go.</li>
	<li>Share files with external users by providing a link.</li>
</ul>
